Ginger is often deemed nature’s own medicine against inflammation and pain. In Norway we have used ginger for over 500 years. This treatment is both relaxing and revitalizing. First the skin gets cleansed with a salt scrub, followed by a soothing massage for the back, neck and shoulders with warm ginger oil and hot stones.

Treatment includes:

A results-oriented treatment tailored for mature skin, designed to improve skin tone and firmness while providing a lifting effect. Through carefully selected techniques and products containing ingredients such as retinol, vitamin C, and bakuchiol, the therapist works to strengthen the skin’s structure.

The treatment includes:

· cleansing and multi-acid peel
· acu-Lift and Gua Sha massage
· vitamin C ampoule
· special (sheet) mask for balance and nourishment
· hand, foot, or scalp massage while the mask works
· retinol serum and cream

A truly relaxing treatment for the face, hands and feet. The treatment is especially suited for sore and swollen legs, such as those with pregnancy-related discomforts.

A classic facial treatment suitable for young people aged 12 and beyond. We use cleansing or moisturizing products intended for young skin. The treatment method is adapted to the skin's needs and includes gentle squeezing when necessary.

The treatment includes:
· facial cleanse and peel
· face mask
· scalp massage while the mask works

A more intensive treatment that activates the skin's natural renewal process at a deeper level. The treatment increases cell turnover, strengthens the skin's structure, and works specifically to improve overall skin quality and firmness. It provides warmth, radiance, and a distincly active sensation in the skin.
Green Peel works deep within the the skin using natural herbs that stimulate the skin's own regeneration process. Blood circulation is incresed, cell renewal is activated, and the skin is revitalized. During and after the treatment, you may experience a light tingling or "prickling" feeling in the skin. Afterwards, the skin will often feel warm, with a fresh glow.

The treatment includes:
· cleansing and skin analysis
· Green Peel herbal peeling (mild strength)
· special mask
· scalp, hand or neck massage

Important to know:
· if you haven't had a Green Peel treatment before, we recomend starting with the Fresh Up treatment.
· this is an active treatment - not a traditional wellness treatment
· avoid direct sun exposure and always use sun protection
· avoid exercise, swimming, and saun as long as you experience a prickling feeling in the skin (normally 1-2 days after the treatment)
· always follow recommended precautions and aftercare advice
· "must have" products are required, these products are sold separately as a travel size-kit for NOK 880 or full size products for NOK 2050. To achieve the best possible result, it is important to use these products for 5-6 days after the treatement. The products are protective, moisture-balancing, and nourishing. They have a calming effect and help minimize stress on the skin after peeling. This allows the skin to return to balance faster, which is essential for achieving optimal results in a safe and effective way. Do not use any facial products other than the "must have" products for five days after the treatment.
