If you need to cancel
The cancellation deadline is 24 hours before the spa treatment begins. As long as you cancel before this time, then we will refund the full cost of the treatment. If you cancel after the deadline, you must pay for the treatment. You can cancel by sending an email to: email@example.com. Or call 56 57 11 00.
Considerations we bear in mind
If you are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure or other medical conditions we should be aware of, please give us good notice before you come. Then we can shape the treatment especially to fit your needs.
You should avoid treatments if you are ill, experiencing a fever or swelling – or if you are in the first three months of pregnancy.
Infection control and Coronavirus
We follow all local and national rules for infection prevention and control. We want it to be safe to get a treatment with us. If you have symptoms of a respiratory tract infection, you should not show up for your appointment. Please instead give us notice as early as possible before the treatment.
