As a guest in Solstrand Spa, you have free access to our pools and saunas. Borrow a bathrobe, slippers and towel from us.

Enjoy our indoor and outdoor swimming pool, therapy bath with massage jets, Finnish sauna, sanarium, steam sauna, cold water pool, exercise room and relaxation zones. Or maybe a refreshing dip in the fjord.

Ginger Treatment

Ginger is often deemed nature’s own medicine against inflammation and pain. In Norway we have used ginger for over 500 years. This treatment is both relaxing and revitalizing. First the skin gets cleansed with a salt scrub, followed by a soothing massage for the back, neck and shoulders with warm ginger oil and hot stones.
